Job Description

The Sales Account Manager will conduct business reviews, identify opportunities, and maintain client relationships for increased revenue and market share. Responsibilities include negotiating commissions, optimizing restaurant content, and managing sales records. A Bachelor’s degree and excellent communication skills are required.

هەلی کار لە کۆمپانیای تیپ تۆپ لە سلێمانی (Sales Account Manager) - Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share. - Maintain continuous business relationships with clients/ Restaurants. - Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between clients/ restaurant and company. - Make sure that the menus of the clients are up to date at all times. Optimize the restaurant content (Delivery time). - Commission rate renegotiation: - Building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts by renegotiating the offer. - Generating food coupons, promotions and vouchers from existing restaurants. - Transmission method optimization: -Convincing clients / restaurants to implement track order features and changing the transmission method. - Encourage restaurants to subscribe for the online payment gateway. - Coordinate with the restaurant, if the restaurant is live or active on the Tiptop website, checking and resolving the reason, such as shutting down or stopped delivery. ​ - Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including: - Follow-up activities. Increased sales report after placing promotion, voucher and coupons. Vendor analysis sheet. - Account management report. Technical Skills: - Bachelor’s degree. - Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills. - From 3 to 5 years of experience holding the same title or relevant. - Kurdish and Arabic languages are must, English is a big plus. - having - owns a car.
