Job Title: Dispatcher Company: Tip Top Gender :Male Job Type :Full Time Responsibilities: Receive and dispatch TipTop orders. Follow up drivers' problems and feedback to the Fleet Officer. Use all available tools (Applications, chat and phone), in a smart and professional way to distribute and direct both of TipTop drivers (Cars and Motorcycles) effectively. Monitor routes and provide drivers with needed information about orders, traffic, obstacles and alternative solutions. Think creatively and respond to urgent issues in an effective way, by applying the required correction action. Follow up orders' problems with the Call Center team and report late orders. Report fraud, unusual and critical cases to the Dispatch Supervisor. Add and record all important information into related reports. Adaptable with working under pressure and stress management Other assigned tasks by the Dispatch Supervisor. Technical Skills: Proficient in Kurdish & Arabic languages.
