We’re HIRING Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst Reports to: Business Manager Supervises: N/A Location: 60 Meter Road, Mamostayan Qr., Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq Position Overview: Digital Marketer will be responsible for managing and analyzing the company’s website and all social media platforms.Also, will be working with the Marketing team under the supervision of the marketing manager to create engaging content for MDC’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and seeking out new social media ways of connecting with audiences. Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities: ● Managing company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Viber, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms ● Ensure responds to customers’ inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy ● Hold regular meeting with marketing team to proposes new ideas and concepts to coordinate ad campaigns on social media content and management ● Track, measure and report results; use data to optimize and evolve our social marketing strategies and maintain a consistent system of documented analytic reports ● Create daily, weekly, campaign-driven and long-term social media content strategy ● Assist the marketing research analyst in tracking social media and website activities of competitors and report it on a weekly basis ● Create online banner adverts and oversee ad management ● Using various tools and channels, such as web analytics, search engine optimization, email marketing, and the social media, to promote products and services offered by MDC ● Identifies new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing ● Research opportunities to target new audiences and support our list growth goals ● Managing and updating company’s website ● Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on MDC site, and encourages increased traffic to the website ● Managing MDC’s Google my business account (Updating and managing Google Business company profile) ● Understand and create strategies to increase MDC visibility on google search through using (SEO) ● Managing and updating google maps (and any other significant maps and navigation software) ● Create and updates a calendar for world health days and other significant national and international days and write contents depending on the day and according to the calendar ● Manage all bulk messaging and emailing platform ● Any other tasks as required by supervisor Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: Education: Bachelor degree in Business / Economics / Management / IT / Statistics Experience: ● Relevant past experience in a similar position Language ● Fluency in written and oral English ● Fluency in written and oral Kurdish ● Fluency in written and oral Arabic would be advantageous Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week) Unique requirements of the job 1. Self-motivated, proactive in dealing with issues, logical thinker with eye for details and willingness to learn 2. Numerate and IT literate with excellent working knowledge of MS office tools 3. Excellent drafting and reporting skills in English and Kurdish 4. Highly organized and a strong planner 5.
