Insurance & Corporate Clients Officer Location: 60 Meter Road, Mamostayan Qr., Erbil Reports to: Business Development Manager Key Duties • Handle corporate clients, patients, and visitors professionally • Register patients and verify insurance and billing data • Coordinate approvals with corporate contacts • Schedule and manage appointments • Collect co-payments and maintain accurate records • Respond to inquiries and ensure confidentiality Requirements • BSc in a medical-related field • 0–1 year relevant experience • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic & English • Good MS Office and IT skills • Organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure • Strong communication and patient-care skills Work Hours 36 hours per week, 6 days (shift-based) Apply : [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
