Team Leadership & Development: - Lead, coach, and develop the after-sales service team. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Coordinate training sessions to enhance the technical and soft skills of the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or related field. - Minimum of [5 years] of experience in after-sales service within the automotive sector. - Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams. - Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Proficient in MS Office and service management software.
