MINISO Iraq seeks a finance and accounting officer in Sulaymaniyah to assist in daily financial tasks, bank requirements, reports, and store data entry.
MINISO- Iraqa is a retail company that is looking to hire a Finance and accounting officer in Sulaymaniyah-Iraq. Job Title: Finance and Accounting Officer Classification: Full-Time Location: Sulaymaniyah-Iraq Pay Grade: Grade 5 - Level 2 Working days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 am to 4:30 Pm Salary: Based on our position grade and salary structure Job Requirements Summary of position An accountant officer is assisting the finance & accounting manager in the daily finance & accounting responsibilities. Job Duties - Assisting the Finance and accounting manager in preparing bank requirements. - Assisting the finance and accounting manager in preparing the balance sheet. - Participating in preparing the seasonal report. - Entering the daily store sales data into the system. - Entering the daily expense into the system for each store. - Entering monthly stores rent into the system. - Preparing the daily or monthly financial report on the stores. - Scan the bills which are coming from the other department. - Coordinating between the finance department and the stores. - Performing other related duties when needed. Skills - Strong attention to detail in written and numeric tasks. - A very good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel). - Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures. - Solid knowledge of financial regulations. - Ability to prepare and maintain the full set of accounts. - Documentation skills. Reporting Structure - Reports directly to the finance & accounting Manager. - No one reports to this position. - Must attend yearly company annual meeting. Employee Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting department. Experience 2 years or more experience in finance & accounting. Languages - English: Upper intermediate (Speaking, writing). - Kurdish: Native (Speaking, writing). - Arabic: Fluent (Speaking, writing). Skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Working ability with tight deadlines. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to problem solve, and good decision-making skills. - Strong ethical standards. - High-level attention to detail and accuracy. - Multitasking skills. Environment - High-volume office setting. - Sitting at a desk for most of the day. - Attend Online meetings.
