Iraq E- Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH) is giving You the opportunity to join its team Position: Senior officer- Relationship Managment Work location: Baghdad Workdays: 5 Work time: Full Time I. Education and Trainings/ Experience - Bachelor's degree in business or any relevant major. - At least +3 years’ experience in the E-payment sector/ banking sector. - Communicative. - Commercial correspondence ability. - Reporting skills. Responsibilities: - Acquiring new banks / maintaining existing banks - Daily management of customer inquiries - Follow up with banks to sign/renew contracts process. -Track the banks and solve all problems Follow up on his sales growth. -Overall management and follow-up of complaints from Customers and ensure such are solved. - Coordinating the technical testing between switch and the banks.
