We are hiring! Iraq E- Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH) is giving You the opportunity to join its team Project Manager Job details: Project Manager Work location: Baghdad Workdays: 5 Work time: Full Time Main Responsibilities and Duties • Engage with Business Analyst and strategic sponsors in initial meeting when required • Review short BRDs • Work with BA and Business team in drafting detailed BRD when required • Identify stakeholders and engage in initial productizing deliverables by capitalizing on technology assets • In case new technology is needed, then detailed RFP “Functional / technical and Vendors.. requirements are gathered • Define scoring mechanism and secure approvals • Coordinate with procurement department in formalizing tendering process • Coordinate Functional / Technical and Vendor evaluation process • Work with procurement and finance in commercials evaluation • Coordinate demos and technical sessions • Present to management scoring results • Work with procurement on awarding process • Coordinate contracts / agreements review by legal / risk management / compliance / business and Technology • Participate and own project master plan and major milestones • Organize kick off meetings • Provide weekly status update of project status • Provide detailed project walk through • Identify projects risk and challenges • Track tasks for delivery • Ensure testing plan is made and approved by stakeholders • Ensure cyber security review is performed with no medium or high risks. • Plan for Soft or Grand launching • Coordinate policy and procedures completion • Ensure any Change request against the project is properly approved and highlights to stakeholders • Ensure all documentations are properly stored and audit ready • Deliver projects on time and within budget I. Education and Trainings/ Experince • Bachler degree in Business Or Technology • PMP certificate is a must • Scrum master is a plus • Previous delivery of agile / waterfall or hybrid projects If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume: [email protected]
