We are hiring! Iraq E- Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH) is giving You the opportunity to join its team SOC Engineer Job details: SOC Engineer Work location: Baghdad Workdays: 5 Work time: Full Time Responsibilities: - 24/7 monitoring of security controls, appliances, and critical systems. - Coordination with the vendor for incident response processes. - Monitoring company’s security infrastructure, identifying and reporting Real Time attacks and vulnerabilities on the network to Information Security Department. - Identification of incidents and subsequent analysis and investigation to determine their severity and the response required. - Ensure that incidents are correctly reported and documented in accordance with Switch Cyber Security & Incident Response policy and procedures. - Identification and analysis of real-time attacks and vulnerabilities. - Incident documentation in adherence to SWITCH's Cyber Security & Incident Response policy. - Stay updated on evolving threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends. - Provide on-the-job training and support during incidents. Technical Requirements: - Knowledge of Firewalls, ID/PS, Active Directory, WSUS, vulnerabilities assessment, and patch management. - Experience with SIEM/FIM, log management, audit trails, and incident response. Education: - College degree in Computer Science or related field. Certifications: - CTIA, ECIH, CSA, CHFI, CEH, or equivalent.
