Work location: Baghdad Workdays: 5 Work time: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Process Design and Optimization: -Design and develop new manufacturing processes or optimize existing ones to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. -Conduct thorough process evaluations and analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. Technical Support: -Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing teams to troubleshoot process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. -Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to ensure process robustness and compliance with regulatory guidelines. -Data Analysis and Reporting: -Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify trends, root causes of deviations, and opportunities for optimization. -Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for management review. -Cross-Functional Collaboration: -Participate in project meetings, provide technical input, and communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders. -Qualifications -2+ years of experience in process development or related field. -Excellent in MS and Visio .
