Iraq E- Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH) is giving You the opportunity to join its team Information Security Job details: Information Security Compliance Officer Work location: Baghdad Workdays: 5 Work time: Full Time Information Security Compliance Officer Key Responsibilities: • Compliance Management: o Implement, and maintain the organization’s information security compliance program. o Ensure compliance with international standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, COBIT, NIST, and other relevant regulations. o Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and standards. o Monitor changes in regulations and update the compliance program accordingly. • Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, audits, and assessments. o Prepare regular reports on the status of the information security compliance program. o Report compliance issues and risks to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: • Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. • Experience: o Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security compliance or a related field. o Proven experience in managing compliance with international frameworks and standards. • Certifications: o Any Certification in Information Security is a Plus and preferred e.g CISM, COBIT, ISO27001 LI etc. • Skills and Competencies: o Knowledge of international information security standards and frameworks. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. o English Language both (Speaking and Writing) is a Must. • Technical Skills: o Familiarity with information security management systems (ISMS) and related technologies. o Understanding of network security, data protection, and encryption techniques.
