The LOTO Engineer will develop and review lockout/tagout procedures for industrial projects. Requires experience in hazardous energy control and electrical/mechanical systems.
Position: LOTO Engineer (Lockout/Tagout Engineer) 📍 Location: Basra, Iraq 🏢 Company: CEEC International Engineering Co., Ltd. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or relevant engineering fields • Proven experience in creating and reviewing LOTO procedures (not just performing basic LOTO steps) • Familiarity with hazardous energy control standards (electrical isolation, mechanical blockage, pressure release, etc.) • Experience in large-scale industrial, power plant, or solar PV projects • Strong understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, inverters, transformers, and HV/MV equipment • Relevant certifications preferred: o OSHA/LOTO certification o HSE/Safety training certificates (OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH, etc.) • Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus • 3+ years of relevant site experience Preferred Candidates: • Iraqi nationals with EPC or industrial project background • Available for immediate deployment How to Apply: 📧 Email: [email protected]
