Iraq E-Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH) is giving You the opportunity to join its team as Officer– Chargeback Job details: Division: Compliance and Risk Work location: Baghdad Workdays: 5 Work time: Full Time Job Responsibilities : Investigate and resolve customer disputes in a timely and efficient manner Check the daily reports of chargeback functions like ATM suspected transactions, duplicate transactions, and late presentment. Check the unsettled transactions with our merchants and resolve them after the investigation. Experience with transaction issues like the minus balance and pending amounts. Refund the required amounts from the merchants to cardholders as per merchant request. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Escalate complex cases to senior staff or management as needed. Prepare detailed reports of findings and present to the management. Follow up the cases for the local chargeback cases with CBI banks and the cases with other departments. Job Requirements : Experience 1 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) good reporting skills.
