We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a strong background in the hospital or healthcare sector to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage hospital financial operations, including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting. • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations. • Analyze hospital financial performance and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, audits, and regulatory reports. • Work closely with the healthcare administration team to manage expenses, hospital revenue cycles, and financial reporting. • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts tailored to the hospital environment. • Maintain strong internal controls and adhere to healthcare industry-specific financial regulations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as an accountant in the healthcare or hospital industry. • In-depth knowledge of hospital finance, billing processes, revenue cycle management, and healthcare accounting standards. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
