The Survey Researcher will conduct surveys via phone, face-to-face, or other telecommunication methods to collect customer feedback and promote services. Responsibilities include designing surveys, analyzing data, and reporting results. Experience in sales and customer interaction is required.
Job Title: Survey Researcher/ MDC Advocate Reports to: Business Intelligence Manager Supervises: N/A Location: 60 Meter Road, Mamostayan Qr., Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq Position Overview: The Survey Researcher calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, face to face or other telecommunications technologies. To either Influence customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations or to follow up and collect on patients’ feedback. Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities: ● Conducts surveys and collects data, using methods such as interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, market analysis surveys, public opinion polls, literature reviews and file reviews ● Determines and specifies details of survey projects, including sources of information, procedures to be used, and the design of survey instruments and materials ● Directs updates and changes in survey implementation and methods ● Monitors and evaluates survey progress and performance, using sample disposition reports and response rate calculations ● Prepares and presents summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results ● Supports, plans, and coordinates operations for single or multiple surveys ● Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products or services ● Records the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system ● Meets personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets ● Responds to patient's minor questions and concerns, and refer to supervisor when necessary, in an expedient manner ● Coordinates with other departments staff for timely and effective care of patients ● Obtains proper authorization and identification prior to release of confidential medical records and results ● Performs Telesurvey and Telemarketing ● Assist other admin departments when needed and able to meet deadlines accordingly ● Any other tasks as required by supervisor Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Management, Economics, or any related field or equivalent experience. Experience: Relevant past experience in a similar position Languages: ● Fluency in written and oral Kurdish and Arabic ● Fluency or intermediate in written and oral English Working Hours: 40 hours, 5 days per week, 6 hours per day and 5 days per week with late start working hours. Problem solver, resilience and has the Can-Do Attitude personality 3. Numerate and IT literate with excellent working knowledge of MS office tools 4. Excellent drafting and reporting skills in English and Kurdish 5. Highly organized and a strong planner 6. Able to collaborate cohesively with team members 7.
