Seeking a service manager with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field and 8+ years of experience in after-sales service management for heavy machinery, trucks, and agricultural equipment. Strong technical knowledge and fluency in English and Arabic required.
Position: Service Manager (Heavy Machinery Industry) Location: Erbil Industry: Heavy Machinery, Trucks, and Agricultural Equipment Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s is a plus). -8+ years in after-sales service management (heavy machinery/truck/agri-equipment). -Experience managing multi-location service operations. -Strong technical knowledge: diesel engines, hydraulics, electronics, diagnostics tools. -Familiar with international heavy equipment brands. -Fluent in English and Arabic (Kurdish is an advantage).
