We major in Humanitarian activities (Refugee intervention), Education, Health, and Human Development. We are looking for highly motivated candidates to perform the positions mentioned above. The candidate is to provide support to the organization while maintaining a sense of professionalism. 1- Requirements for Social Worker: •Education: Possession of a diploma or bachelor's degree in social studies is preferred, although it is not the sole qualifying factor. •Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, although other qualifications may also be considered. •Preference will be given to candidates residing in Sulaymaniyah. •Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills are essential. •Proficiency in standard software packages such as Microsoft Office is necessary. •Capability in organizing tasks, conducting research, and maintaining records is required. •Language skills: Kurdish, (Arabic and English) a must. •Dependability and trustworthiness are paramount, especially in handling confidential information. •Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including teamwork, organization, and time management abilities, are necessary. •Proactive initiative-taking is crucial for identifying and completing tasks efficiently. •This position is exclusively available for female candidates. •Willingness and ability to travel within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Interested candidates should apply (cover letter and resume) by e-mail ([email protected]) ([email protected]) Or send through Viber/ WhatsApp to +964 770 120 0557 (10 March 2024) Please write the title of what you’ve applied for in the subject section. 2-Requirements for Teams coordinator: •Provide logistics coordination for projects and teams. •Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need. •When travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits, make all arrangements and reservations as requested. •Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff. •Prepare agenda and itinerary for the incoming teams, offer availability to see attractions, hot spots of the city, projects that are going on with N2N. •Obtains approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established budgets. •Advises travelers of and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas, passports, or other documents needed. •Follow up with the team that has left to maintain relationships, relay information, get evaluation, etc. •Pick up team and drop off team from the airport and hotel if number of people allows. •Be available and flexible for the teams that come to experience the area and culture. •Will need to work extra hours outside of normal times when teams are here. •Works with team leaders to build agenda. •Works with team to facilitate the events assigned. •Work with team to create a budget and maintain records to reconcile budget. •Volunteer program coordination Build and maintain a volunteer program for the organization to engage our corporate and community partners in our work and to provide opportunities for them to experience deeper connections to our mission through volunteerism. •Work with staff and partners to identify and implement volunteer projects and roles that advance the organization and engage corporate and community volunteers.
