Neighbor to Nations (N2N) is seeking a Media Manager with a diploma or bachelor's degree in media studies, 2 years of experience, and proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. The role involves supporting the organization with media-related tasks.

We major in Humanitarian activities (Refugee intervention), Education, Health, and Human Development. We are looking for highly motivated candidates to perform the position/s mentioned above. The candidate is to provide support to the organization while maintaining a sense of professionalism. 1-Media Manager Requirements: Education: Diploma or bachelor’s in media studies will be preferred but (not the only option) Ø Experience: 2 years of related experience. (Experience in working with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustration and After Effect). Ø Candidates who resident in Sulaymaniyah have more chance to be accepted. Ø Extremely detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up skills. Ø The ability to use standard software packages (Microsoft office and others). Ø Ability to organize tasks, research and keeping records. Ø Language skills: Kurdish, (Arabic and English) a must. Ø Highly dependable and trustworthy: maintain confidentiality with access to extremely sensitive documents. Ø Good communication service and relationship-building skills (Team working skills, Organization and time management skills, Flexibility). Ø The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs to be done and to do it. Ø Ability to travel within KRG. Ø Planning and developing social media campaigns Ø Crafting compelling content or getting it developed Ø Posting content across social media accounts Ø Engaging with customers on different platforms Ø Being on top of the latest social media trends Ø Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity. Ø Update social media content across all channels. Ø Engage with customers and followers. Ø Use social media marketing tools. Ø Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained. Ø Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network. Ø Develop content or get it done by content developers. Ø Keep an eye on social media trends. Ø Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers. Ø Have experience in working with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustration and After Effect.
